办理入住的前台我也是服了，从开始到结束没看见一点儿笑容，语气极其生硬，好像在我停车期间，还把我丈母娘当犯人一样审讯了一顿，最郁闷的是，我问酒店有没有餐厅，明明餐厅在4楼，还说下午4点餐厅就下班了！告我餐厅在25楼，哪里有25楼？；豪华房的房间也有点太小了，我都怀疑前台是不是给的我豪华房，因为我看电梯标识的豪华楼层不在我住的那一层
