大堂挂着五星，设施和服务都垃圾的不行，五星酒店还要靠看电视来收费，我也是无语了，家有小朋友的，自己打开电视，一不小心看了个所谓要收费的电视，不管看多久都按一天来收费，这样的行为与黑店一样，也不知道星是怎么评出来的，大过年的搞的恶心死了。
明明说是有游泳池的，到了酒店就一个什么春节期间不开放就打发了，你不开放你在网页上注明啊，网上啥也没有，小朋友就冲着游泳池去的，要不干嘛还入住你们这么旧的酒店了？
