酒店是2017年刚开张的，设施很新，环境很好！但是，酒店的设立主要是为了其度假楼盘销售而做的配套，似乎并不是为前来武隆的游客而考虑！酒店距离武隆核心的游客接待中心还有1公里以上距离，镇上没有公共交通工具，进出只能靠两条腿，并且，到了银杏大道门口后居然还要走500米上坡山路才能到达酒店大堂！关键是门口处明明有观光车却只提供售楼用不给酒店用！旅客只能扛着行李一路爬上山，要不是因为预付了不可撤销的担保费，可能走一半就退房了！感觉是在累傻子呢！坑爹呀！并且，由于比较新，各方面服务都很生疏，8:30左右去吃早餐许多菜就已经没有了，并且不再补充了……强烈建议没有自驾的且身体不够健硕的朋友谨慎考虑！！！
