首先说服务前台的小姐态度很差，问她什么很不耐烦，倒是旁边的小伙子还可以，第二是房间一般，衣柜门都是坏的，第三卫生间很差，又小，带孩子洗个澡都没发地方站，马桶的盖板不是缓降的那种好几次自己掉下来，声音很响。再就是第二天的早餐很差，菜都是冷的，面包很干的那种，这算哪门子四星。
