网上订的有窗户的，结果是开的内窗，打电话问能开专票不，说可以开，等到退房说是网上订的只能网站上开，完全一种上当的感觉

我是在艺龙预定的阳光大床房，预定是并没有要求预付，中途打电话要我预付。入住后，发现所谓的阳光大床房，窗户中间一根1.2米的大柱子，窗户就只剩下两边各50公分，光线很差，住着很不舒服，还不给换房。
