环境不错，比较干净，只是这次空调不能用，虽然那天降温很厉害又很怕冷仍然没有联系服务员看，以为是还没到开空调（暖气）滴时候，了一晚上。

小孩想住有浴缸的酒店，订酒店时房间信息写的是38平，浴缸。结果到店即没38平，也没浴缸，服务员说他们只有套房才有浴缸，第三方预订的房间信息如何描述的他们酒店不知道。浴室设计很奇怪，窗帘放下来就会挡住水龙头和镜子

作为一个四星酒店，卫生实在太差！卫生间洗脸池内测很多黄渍，地上墙角也都是黑渍，马桶很臭、位置那更是一个偏僻！介绍说是离地铁站900多米，实际走下来两公里多！真正达到四星级酒店的卫生标准肯定不会是这样！我觉得评为三星减都不为过！真实评价！毫无夸张成分！
