艺龙旅行网的价格比携程网的贵，服务态度差，酒店服务也差，发票酒店也不给来，事先不讲清楚，艺龙旅行网开的的发票也报销不了。

酒店早餐厅的服务质量真是极差。想喝杯咖啡找不到一个杯子（不管什么样的杯子），问服务员杯子在哪里，服务员信手一指，但还是找不到，差不多找桌子底下了，再次找服务员，经过三个服务员的确认确实没有杯子了，服务员之间嘀咕了一下各自走了，我也沒听懂讲了什么，第三次再问杯子在哪，总算告诉我杯子去洗了，等了5、6分钟，服务员慢慢忧忧端出六、七个玻璃杯子，也沒咖啡杯，拿出来的杯子1分钟就给客人拿完，过会好几个客人又和我一样问服务员要杯子，又说杯没了，稍等去洗了，一个四星的酒店，早餐厅的杯子不超过10个，且喝所以的饮料、咖啡全玻璃杯（我只见到玻璃杯)。我总算拿到杯子到现磨咖啡机上放了一杯咖啡，咖啡淡如水，以为第一杯可能咖啡没磨到，又磨了第二杯(不好意思我用了2个杯子）依然如水，找到服务员咨询，服务员说咖啡豆没了，我决定看看怎么解决，等了6、7分钟等终于等来了咖啡豆。倒入咖啡加糖发现没有咖啡棒或咖啡匙，只有我们中国人喝汤的瓷匙或筷子，我也不再去问服务员要了，将就一下筷子调咖啡。如此的酒店服务难道是服务员有问题吗？他们的管理人员在干嘛？
