可能才开业，完全没有酒店服务的概念。信用卡预授权不会办理，入住退房都等了一个小时，结清时也不能将押金退还，让我几天后自己查询，房间里一开始连洗漱用品也没有，水壶还有之前房客用过的水未清理，后院温泉水反复调试也无法使用，不是太冷就是太热，估计太忙，客房服务也超慢。我有u盾落在房间，打电话询问到现在也没给我回复。总之是非常糟糕的入住体验，毕竟我从不点评也逼得我要说几句

酒店布局不错，大家都玩的很开心，带小孩非常棒！
不足：酒店装修有问题，庭院开灯就跳闸，下水不通，满屋都是水！这个是很严重的问题！
