1、酒店设施很好，卫生间淋浴器质量高端、空调效果好；2、服务人员态度很亲切，办事效率高；3、房间的卫生状况良好，但是细节有待提高，比如电视摇控板有污渍、床头柜面、电视机柜台面和写字台面有灰尘，窗户玻璃有灰尘污垢。

帮来重庆游玩的朋友定的，而且是提前一天预付费订的，结果，入住当天晚上十一点前去居然告知，房间还没打扫出来，需要等到晚上快十二点才能入住？？？中午十二点就退房的情况下，到晚上十二点足足十二个小时没把房间打扫出来？？？？？不知道这个酒店再搞什么飞机？？？另外更奇葩的是，定了三个大床房，房费都是一样的情况下，有个房间比另外两个房间小一些，床也小一些，只有1.5米，前台也没有任何解释，服务不是一般的差，这次入住感觉非常的不好，以后必须换其它酒店！！！
