位置不错，离洪崖洞三至五分钟路程。头一天预定的大床房，到了酒店说给我免费升级到江景房，进去却一股味道，江景是江景，但只有很小一扇窗，而且房间面积小。找到前台要求换个房间，结果换回的预定房间，宽敞又明亮，而且侧面窗户观江景角度还更好。第二天订的双人间，所以需要退房，入住，在前台等待了半天，告诉说要到另一个柜台办理入住，她这里只办理退房。结果后面来一人，她照样给办理了入住。？？？什么鬼？？
