办理入住时明确表示连住两天，入住第二天早上九点出门，晚上九点回到宾馆，居然房间都没有整理！？早上走的时候什么样子，晚上还是什么样。打电话到总台，来一个服务员说自己是晚班，不知道白班的情况……这种酒店住着太糟心！
