除了临湖风景还不错以外，酒店的设施完全就是招待所配置，怎一个脏、乱、差了得！一次性拖鞋是别人用过的没换，床头死蚊子的干尸还在，床单似乎也没换。。。。。最主要前台的服务员对这一切的说辞真的太搞笑了，她说她们还没来得及换😡，没换就让人住进去？还有就是那个态度☠️。。。。哎，不多说了，上图。

酒店周边环境不错，早餐也够吃服务人员态度好适合休闲游特别是早上起来空气特别好身心得到彻底的放松下次还会来

酒店的服务确实让人感觉宾至如归。无论是礼宾部的几位师傅，还是前台的几个小姑娘，到餐厅的服务员，销售的范经理，司机师傅都让我们深切感受，虽然酒店的硬件有些老旧，但细致的服务还是让人每次来长寿都会选择在这里入住。
需要加强的就是前台的英语交流和结账打发票的速度。

预计的6号楼只能看到湖边，所以升级到了3号楼，服务态度不错；到长寿湖镇3公里左右，很多吃鱼的地儿；不是丰水期，湖滨裸着一大截，死鱼很多，减分项；早餐太简单，早餐太简单，早餐太简单。

酒店的硬件确实一般，所谓的湖景房也和照片相去甚远，服务员毕竟没有经过真正的星级酒店培训，还有很大提升的空间。
