服务员态度太差，素质太低，已经付了款预订了，来到前台说查不到，问哪里有厕所，被指去负二楼，负二楼却没有厕所，回来再问又被指去对面三楼，过去了又上着锁，回来又问，发现厕所就在服务台后面！拿了房卡去房间又打不开门，卡没有给刷！
