厕所灯是感应的，人走过去就亮了，起夜的时候不用自己开灯啦。床头没有插线孔，手机充电不方便

电源插头太少了，而且有的没法用（不通电），卫生还可以，被套上居然有污垢，但是给客服电话一会儿就换了。

前台把正在维修的楼层开给住客了，房间内外都是破破烂烂的，第一晚的入住感觉很不好，第二天反映情况后管理层立马给出了适当的解决方案，还是比较重视客人的诉求的，希望酒店加强对酒店员工的专业培训。酒店地理位置很好，就在三峡博物馆旁边，早餐也算丰富可口，总体还可以吧。
