其他都没什么，就是服务太不人性了！续房时问了前台是否续好，回答好了。结果晚上12点让人下去交费，说之前新手不清楚！半夜三更的，等白天再下去交不行吗？说预付款不够不行！你说你不能白天通知一下吗？说白天给房间打电话没人接！天，留手机给你们不是打得吗？个个都能打电话，就你们困难。。
