酒店装修风格，简洁大方而不失品味，智能化设施更是让人眼前一亮。住店还有免费三餐，虽说品种不是很多，但好在味道不错，酒店服务态度相当好，没得说，五星好评！下次再去重庆还是首选！

在重庆住的性价比最高的酒店，没有之一。首先，设计很好，很人性化很舒服。其次，价格不贵，还有赠送三餐，免费升级大房间。再来重庆还住这里。

很不错的一家酒店，带小朋友过来暑假玩的，交通方便。酒店机器人带路小朋友很开心。房间干净，床品舒服，洗漱用品也很用心，洗衣房也很友好，服务态度也很好，感觉最霸气的话是我们这里包三餐，这么多年第一次遇到，被震撼到了！走的时候小朋友不小心将环保牌放进行李箱了，这两天空了再寄回去。总的来说是很值得住的一家酒店！

服务真心好！设施也是不错！送外卖是机器人！有趣！但是.....本来冲含三餐来的！艺龙订房选项里面根本没有含三餐的，误以为含早餐的就点了！联系艺龙客服无果！不能更改！艺龙真是垃圾！再也不用了！

就是带娃娃很晚了去酒店办住宿，微信订房间，钱包不够，找前台工作人员帮忙，却不行，不知道酒店管理者有没有给员工说有困难帮助一下外地客人，还好，有一个其他工作人员帮我解决了。以人为本，都是中国人，应该互相帮助，团结。谢谢
