总的来说，很不满意！
首先我定的是标准间，是双床，酒店前台给我们的是单间，我发现后要求换，酒店房一直强调我定的就是单间，但他们同意换成标间，但因为同行的人中、有人坐了一下床，酒店以此要求收取我们的清洁费，在我们据理力争下最后没收成，服务态度差！早上退房时只有一个人在前台上班，很多客人退房，前台小姐匆忙之下把取消我们预授权的发票错给了别人，虽然手机信息显示确实取消了，但说明酒店管理混乱，秩序缺乏。如不改进，绝不再来！

在天星酒店旁边，服务人员不多，住的低楼层的话有点潮湿，高一点还是挺舒服的，是怀旧风格，环境干净卫生，整体舒适

有点红军主题酒店的感觉，总台有点难找，服务不错，房间很干净，但有点味道，但要跑到旁边的三星酒店共用早餐厅有点不方便。
