服务态度差，房间的烧水壶坏了，热水没有温度，打电话到前台，前台说“啊姨睡觉了，热水弄不了，只能这样，前台还有一个烧水壶，自己下来拿一下吧”后来跟客服反应，客服帮协调了两次，才把热水壶送上来，和加多一床被子，因为空调也是不暖的，被子上还有黑点。第二天才能洗澡

酒店在上清寺，位置在小区里面，不太好找。房间不大，但是设备还可以。该有的都有，房间缺少衣服架，希望下次增加。总体来说，路过住一晚还可以。

这个还商务酒店，简直无语乐！我想起这个价格位置不好找门面小！一切都是那么的搓，居然还有个分店，那个分店看起更搓，想起那个溶洞鬼屋我就是气，太那个啥了就不说，你们懂就对了！知道我的意思就好！
