第一次迫不及待的来吐槽，前台的工作人员全程爱理不理，提问假装听不见，我们先定的豪华单间，结果一个大一个还要从10楼步行到11楼，为此要求换房，给我们换到高级房也不退差额，房间居然一瓶免费的矿泉水都没有，还不如那些最普通的商务型的连锁酒店

房间看着不是很新，有点旧，第一天晚上住的房间喷头是漏的，第一天洗澡的水是我用过最小的，我还很惊讶酒店洗澡怎么会这样，还好第二天换了房间，洗澡水很大了！我爸妈那个房间小灯坏了两盏，台灯比我们房间少3盏，很暗，后来搬了个台灯进去，所以没换房！客房的服务还不错的。比前台好！早餐很差。因为没几个房间吧，一大碗馄饨，一大碗菜面，自己分！后来几个早上的早餐多了包子蛋糕豆浆，相对其他酒店，早餐是很寒碜的！还好我订酒店早，早定才270还是280，过年是570，580了！这个价格绝对不值！
