酒店的车型入口标志错误，明明和喜来登在一个入口，重庆的地下室停车环境是否都是脏乱差，电梯厅入口居然没有一个灯，最新的威斯汀及龙湖的物业就很好啊。房间由于朝向的关系有些阴暗，一楼的大堂更像一家旅社。房间的卫生间经常有异味散发出，用的盥洗用品及毛巾也都是低档货，没有免费的矿泉水，早餐也很差。电视机雪花一片，唯一好的估计是免费的wifi链接方便且速度快，床够大。电梯和楼下商务楼共用的，杂人很多，要等很长时间。总之应该不会再住了，不推荐。
