前台接待的男生全程无微笑 没有敬语 晚上办理入住时 走到一个接待柜台前 柜台内的女士一直在忙 没空搭理我 这时旁边接待柜台的一位男士对我说 到这边办理入住 这期间出示身份证 信用卡 签字 全程没听到过 您 请 这些字 不过办完手续 给我房卡时 是双手递给我的 算是唯一的亮点了
其他的就不说了 平平淡淡都还好吧 ……
