环境、设施、服务各方面都没得挑，尤其是游泳馆，恒温29度，人少水清，晚上去游泳直接是包场的赶脚啊，游完泳回来房间又打扫了一遍，打扫的超干净，东西摆放有序，清洁员怕水杯里落尘土，还把杯盖盖上，一进门感觉很温馨,像妈妈打扫过的房间，感动的不要不要的，因为下午两点多入住，6点多去游泳，8点多回去根本没想到房间还会再打扫一遍，这里特别谢谢25号晚上6-8点打扫2317房间的清洁员。还有房间电视一开，自己的姓名映入眼帘，真是宾至如归的感觉，关键是凯宾斯基自带频道的音乐超好听，可以在洗手间边泡澡边听音乐，不知道凯宾斯基可否方便提供那首歌曲的名字啊，酒店电梯里也在播放的，是同一首，网上搜半天搜不到，手机APP听歌识曲也没识别出来。总之非常满意，前台无论是开房还是退房办理迅速快捷服务好，由于退房当天上午有点事，酒店还免费延长退房时间一个小时，到中午1点了。总之这五星酒店不是盖的，不愧是全球历史最悠久的酒店！

楼下因为办会大肆装修软装 晚一点也行啊 七八点就开始 大堂特别乱 大堂接待服务也不好 很慢 人手不够也不喊人帮忙 等了二三十分钟
