不错的酒店，值得推荐一下，离机场近，还有24小时接送，很方便，司机、前台都很礼貌，到店后感觉温馨，卫生也到位，房间在二楼，虽然没有电梯，但有服务生帮助提行李，特别感触最深的酒店还有城市的图片展示，包括历史的、美食的、景区的各种图片，很便于出行，问服务生为什么有这些？说是他们的独有品牌文化，入住铂栖酒店都会有不同城市的展示，感觉酒店虽小但很精致，也感觉到他们在真正用心，由于这次时间紧，下次回重庆一定好好的再来体验一下。

房间设施有点旧了，洗澡时也没有找到凉拖鞋，最主要的是早上一大早我们还没有起床，保洁员就敲了一下门，也不问一下里面是否还有人，直接就推门准备进来了，还好晚上我拉上了锁链，加上反应及时，给她说了里面有人，她才没有进来。

酒店订制并未要求顾客短信确认，根本没入住订单照常生成.喝多了帮朋友订的，之后i没去在车上睡着了。醒来后发现显示已入住无法取消
