前台服务员需要进一步培训。我们入住的时候恰好没有到扫好的客房，但我想先不入住，把入住手续先办掉然后出去办事服务员却说不可以。另外本来预定了叫醒服务，第二台服务员却忘记了。
另外餐厅有的包厢漏雨，很费解。
住宿环境还不错。
