垃圾酒店，首先入住当天晚上打电话去落实房间，接电话的前台客服态度冷淡，我话还没有说完，那边居然就先挂电话了，第一次听说四星级酒店主动挂客户电话的。其次，办理入住的时候前台也是毫无热情，一副欠了她很多钱的样子。然后办理早餐，入住后，也不提醒客户用餐地点，及住宿楼层，就直接把房卡丢过来让我们自己看，问她早餐在哪吃，也是爱答不理的随便用手一指，基本上嘴皮子都懒得动动。感觉非常缺乏培训。最后入住期间，我百分百确定是在酒店遗失的衣服，因为退了房，就直接去机场了，期间没有来过箱子，箱子也没有破损。衣物就是当时离开前换下来的那一套。居然打了两次电话去问都说没有。我在如家遗失的衣物都能找的回来，甚至在泰国酒店遗忘的钱包都能如数找的回来。真是第一次遇见找不回来的。。。衣物也就是三百多，不值多少钱，本身也不是多少钱的问题，只是不喜欢自己的私人物品遗留在外。很多细节都可以看出，酒店培训管理做的非常不到位的，估摸着以为客人不会回来找，直接给处理了吧。
