什么都好，就是我明明定的两间双床，为什么解释都没有就给我大床？到了太累行李放下就出入吃饭了，回来发现时房间都弄乱了也就不想换了，但很不舒服，五星酒店不该犯这种失误~

整体满意，楼下是重庆的几个主要商业步行街之一，吃的喝的玩的便利店等等都很多，服务也很热情，但前台入住和退房都很慢，排队有点长，忘改进，三楼的日料餐厅很不错，味道很好，喜欢的朋友可以去试试。
第一次住喜达屋的酒店，100的满分，我给90.
