服务很热情，有耐心，到时没有房间，普通标间免费升级商务标间。房间干净整洁，温馨舒适，地毯比较新，很舒适，卫生间设施有点旧，不影响使用。位于沙坪坝火车站对面，地铁1号线在附近，周边是三峡广场，吃饭，逛街很方便，到磁器口坐地铁只有3站路。周边在装修火车站，环境有点脏。很不错的酒店！
