酒店入住时前台提示设施有些老旧，实际上是相对的，虽然有些陈旧，但是打扫的很好，很干净，还温馨的送了酒精片，地点好，没有噪音，对面就是高铁站，酒店出门就上过街天桥，然后直接到达高铁检票口，非常方便快捷。

前台小妹妹服务非常周到，本次入住还免费升级为行政房，房间宽敞，干净整洁，窗帘是自动的，还有机器人送餐服务，出行吃饭购物都很方便！

酒店位置非常不错，服务也很周到，这次还感谢前台的李鑫美女给我免费升级了房间，非常不错，出门就是三峡广场，吃饭购物都很方便，下次再来一定还住这里，非常推荐大家入住这里。

太萌了，小孩太喜欢了??房间里充满了熊本的布置，增加了很多童趣，夜晚还有星空灯??伴着去睡，好温馨。房间宽敞，明亮，还有智能的语音客控系统，太适合带小孩腾不出手时直接语音操控房间了。非常开心的入住感受，春节到重庆还住这家酒店??。

前台接待梁欢、李鑫服务特别好，打车的时候还送我出去帮我拿行李 很贴心，保洁还在晚上睡觉前给我再次打扫，并赠送小零食。可以说非常棒了。服务可以说比我去过的国际五星要好很多
