地理位置很好，在时代天街A馆，吃饭逛街超级方便！酒店装潢并不是特别让人眼前一亮，厕所没有门…真的很垃圾… 喷头也是坏的 到处飙水，老板真的不打算处理一下吗？本是冲着天鹅恋这个品牌来的 没想到让我有点失望了…… 各方面都不是很满意

酒店周边位置环境没的说，非常好。就在龙湖时代广场，不远就是地铁站石油路站，出去玩很方便。周边购物玩啊什么的也都还行，挺繁华的。

天鹅恋，我真的算是老会员了，从你们开业到现在…但是这次真的是很失望…晚上回到房间准备泡澡，结果热水不行，跟前台帅哥反应了，帅哥帮忙调了让等一会再试，等了一个小时后还是跟之前一样，你说稍微热一点我都可以将就，但是确实冷…完了好不容易洗漱完躺床上准备入睡，结果旁边空调外挂机就跟汽车换挡那种声音，一会启动，一会又歇一会…哎！算了，可能酒店开了这么多年，设备都不行了…我真是很少吐槽的，这次算是认真了一次！哦，顺便说一声，被子一揭开，洁白的床单三个大拇指粗的洞，应该是撕坏的，我忘记拍照了
