相当不满意，首先在网上订的价格是397，结果到店一问才358，已经付了款没办法，订了两间，多出了钱；其次我们带了个小孩,吃早餐说要买全票48，孩子爸已经将钱拿在手里了，叫服务员开发票，有个姓张的服务员态度极其恶劣，嫌麻烦说不能开个人，我们房间含了4个人的早餐，所以我叫另外两个带孩子先去吃饭，张服务员居然说不准吃，说要付了钱才能进去，人家那三个人是含餐的凭什么不能进去，从来没有遇见过这种态度的酒店服务，再也不会去住了，大家也不要去省得受气，超级差评
