我是带着孩子一家老小去加勒比游玩。就近订了这间酒店。本来游玩一天身就很累了。没想到晚上心更累。如果大家是想开通宵party，或者是唱一晚上的KTV。我推荐这家酒店。如果是玩一天疲身心疲惫了，休息一下，还是算了吧。晚上11点。外面一直是很大关门声。喧哗声。说话声。各种声音吵得根本无法睡觉。打了总台的电话，告知门口太吵了我们无法休息。总台答应去说一下，结果就没有结果了。一直折腾到12点。那帮没素质的人总算入睡了。酒店的隔音实在是太差了。门口做什么我都能听得一清二楚，一晚上头痛欲裂，太难受了。酒店管理方任由住客夜晚大声喧哗胡闹，管理太差了。昨天我真想买个鞭炮，两点钟到每个人的门前放一串。要不睡大家都别睡了，真操

酒店整体设施和环境都不错，但是朋友的房间卫生间的玻璃门直接碎成渣了，朋友手受伤了，酒店带着去敷了药打了针，处理得也还不错。提醒想入住的朋友小心酒店的玻璃门。
