在重庆住的星级酒店中最差的一次。1⃣️到店后先安排一个房间，正准备放东西，发现桌子上竟然有别人吃饭留下的油，然后联系酒店打扫，酒店直接说换房间。2⃣️换房以后因为带小孩懒得折腾，换的房间一样的糟糕，厕所门，镜子上尽然有很多土点点和水点点留下的污渍，厕所还没有排风口，房间内空气很差。3⃣️打开窗帘，外玻璃更是灰尘一层，车库跟酒店不在一个楼，车库工作人员服务也比较差，态度极其恶略。最开始选酒店的时候认为星级价格也不便宜觉得应该还行，入住后非常差的一次体验。

性价比特差！卫生间洗浴用品都是别人用过的，只剩下小半瓶底的沐浴露和洗发水！！！所以不得让我怀疑床单有没换的可能！很失望的一次住宿！价格真心不值得！不会二次入住！

房间比较大，还是很干净整洁的，设施设备还可以，空调也够凉快，大厅宽敞有档次，对了，酒店还有免费健身房、室内泳池，值得体验下，反正都是免费的。
