酒店就在重庆IFS的楼上，接待大堂在62楼，从商场进去有很明确的指示牌，碰到的各路服务人员也很热情为你指路，最方便的是直接到4楼的酒店大堂，但是重庆谜之交通很多滴滴司机不见得搞得清楚。62楼以下就是房间，这次入住的是61层，窗外的无敌江景也值得入住，硬件设施没有什么吐槽点，就是住了一夜，感觉厕所有点臭臭的。到的当天身体有点不舒服，但是到了前台被告知房间还没有打扫出来，本身申请也是15点取房，无奈只有在楼下逛吃了一番，这点还是不怎么满意，毕竟有告知酒店取房的时间。前台和服务人员都无可挑剔，比较满意的入住体验。就是不知道大家说的交通便利是怎么个便利法，明明离地铁也有段距离，叫车司机很多搞不懂定位是在酒店4楼大堂门外还是在商场外，楼下有很多吃的，但是重庆特色的不多，出门必须叫车。

早餐是我住过五星级酒店里最差的，用餐地方太小，品种又少。本来订好了两个晚上的房间，结果第二天出去回到酒店居然打不开房门，等了大半天都没有服务员来开门，幸好遇到打扫卫生的阿姨经过核实身份后才进到房间。
