酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店房间隔音效果还是不错，效安静，房间外走廊说话声音听不到的。

一般吧，圆床房，空间比较小，带着老妈和三岁宝宝出来旅游，反正也够住，旁边吃饭的地方比较少，可能我们待的时间比较短，没找到，隔壁的商场里没啥吃饭的地儿，放假安全性感觉挺差的，任何人都可以上电梯到达任何一层，房间隔音很差，有人在过道里正常声音说话听的一清二楚，性价比还可以吧，毕竟不咋贵。

因为待带了老妈和宝宝出来玩，就跟酒店联系了火车站接车服务，本来说是要20块钱，后来老板娘给申请了免费接车，非常感谢，还有我看了一下江景大床房和圆床房的房型，个人感觉圆床房空间大一些。

晚上到的张家界，看是比较新的酒店，住的是九层，可以看到澧水大桥，位置不错，电视的安放位置不妨再合理些

酒店有地下停车场很方便，房间原木简约风格很舒适，卫生干净，厕所有一次性马桶垫感觉很干净。服务员跑腿几次态度都很好。不错值得推荐。
