真心没有感受到哪里是五星级，凌晨到店，地理位置稍偏，门童已无踪影，保安爱搭不理，前台还算正常，房间窗帘按键老旧，电动改手动，房间面积不算小，但格局有点怪，枕头被褥是唯一亮点，睡的很舒服。早餐中规中矩。退房没有帮叫车服务，极难打车。

一开始看到评价里说空调不给力，实际空调要把门全部关上才运转，空调还是可以的。因为要去西南医院，所以选择了这个酒店，我觉得得还不错，房间也很宽敞，另外还送了两张温泉券，不过没去。
