酒店硬件没得说，位置也很好，选的江景房睡得很舒服。服务是软肋，酒店在做周年庆，有送果盘，但好像是客人自己看见门口的促销广告去问酒店才给的。晚上回房间，都快九点了还没有开夜床，又是打电话问才过来人。主动性确实太低了。另外严重吐槽的是早餐，基本没有什么吃的，还不如一些三星酒店，感觉像应付了事。

这家酒店整体设施挺不错的，而且离文峰古街很近，步行即可！这里挺适合孩子玩儿的，泳池是恒温的，不错！
