酒店环境闹中取静，设施也很赞，原本是一个比较满意的住宿感受，但是该酒店的工作人员的工作态度存在很大的问题，我们第一天入住就和前台反映客房有奇怪的味道，后来女儿发现是地毯上的被打翻的食物汤汁的味道，就及时和前台客服反映，我们入住3天都没有解决问题。在今天我们退房的时候前台客服竟让我们赔偿，我就奇了怪了，问题3天都不给解决，让我们背黑锅赔偿却分分种就能做出，真的，工作人员难道是猪吗，要不是赶飞机，我们一定让她道歉
