硬件还凑合吧，服务真的是不行，这种地方的五星级酒店不应该仅仅是硬件达到标准，服务还有很大的改进空间。

酒店的热水非常凉，根本没办法洗澡，前台不够专业回答问题比较生硬，套房没有水果，两个月前入住套房还有水果，打扫卫生比较马虎，地上有纸屑都没有扫完，管理还是很落后

房间内粉尘还是挺多的，厕所淋浴房清洁不太好。brbr貌似只有套房才送水果，早餐比较简陋，服务员服务意识不太高

第二次入住该酒店，还是一样的觉得如此亲切，宾至如归的感觉得到了充分体现。水果的馈赠使人得到一种内心的温馨，性价比也很高，下次来云阳，会照例入住。
