本来愉快的休假，却因订的2号、3号两天大床房带温泉票的，一天一张票，你说不能将两天的两张票换到一起用你就明说啊，我自己可以调节到2号上午去啊，结果你又收了我一张2号上午还可以用的票换成3号的票，找你要3号该给的票你又说不能换了，害我平白作废一张，素质啊不专业呀

早餐还行，但明明是双早，却只给一张券，可能看我登记的一个人吧！早上来人接我的朋友就不能吃？说好的温泉票并没有主动给，也没有说明，服务意识太差。就是房间不隔音，退房时间12点没得商量！只能给中评。优点：周边吃喝玩乐都有。
