五星酒店的服务不是一般的差，前台全程黑脸，客人排队等待入住，两个前台自己聊天还不停推荐他们的什么app订房软件，是该整顿
一下服务水平了。建议提高前台服务人员的服务态度和水平，最起码教会前台学会微笑
