酒店工作人员态度特别差，住过全国服务最差
的盛捷公寓。
房间空调不运转半夜12点酒店工程师反反复复修了三次都修不好，打电话到客房服务询问进一步解决办法，客房服务员工竟然说不关他的事，让我们自己找工程部，竟然说酒店给他的工资不包括修空调，让我们自己去和工程部沟通

酒店硬件很赞，房间很大，很适合家庭出游，前台的小姐姐小哥哥们非常NICE,服务非常棒。酒店离网红景点比较近。家庭入住建议1207和1208，可以看见江景。早餐种类比较简单，周边交通不是很便利，到地铁口还有段距离，不过也体验了一把凯旋路电梯。
