第二次入住这家酒店。2014年国庆去泡温泉，温泉设施、住宿、环境、服务都很好，真的是高端大气上档次，这次国庆就是冲着第一次感受而去的，但是却有些失望。比如：1、房间卫生打扫不彻底；2.、进入温泉池无入池前的浴脚消毒流程；3.、温泉配套设施的电源设备损坏严重，不能使用其功能；4.、泡池内水质的清洁度有待提高；5、餐饮服务员的卫生习惯及操作流程有待规范（向客人递送筷子时，手拿筷子尖，筷子尖是夹食物入口的部位，端水杯手握杯口，杯口是饮水入口部位）。这次值得肯定和赞扬的是：酒店里所有的工作人员服务态度都很好。

1.酒店很干净，豪华，泡温泉很近，极其方便；
2.酒店服务很好，尤其是前台接待，很周到；
3.酒店中餐厅菜品分量很足，味道正，算景区中的高端口味了；
4.酒店停车方便；
5.床很舒适，有家的感觉，房间很宽敞，太正点了
总之一句话：推荐，推荐，推荐。
尤其公司聚会，团年最佳的选择！

价格适中，顶级间的温泉泡池太普通了。房间设施还不错，周围环境很幽静，周边饮食不多。建议带孩子老人的亲们一定要提前预定好伙食，免得受体肤之饿
