一般吧出差来的。wifi不好，下水道下水慢，空调不暖，声音大。有几个前台服务意识都没有，而且居然不支持支付宝，这么大个酒店，表示应该是年久失修了……

讲实话，总体三颗星吧，服务员为了两瓶水收费的问题大晚上争执，心累。空调真的年久失修。。。。。。一点没有暖的感觉，在屋里开30度还要穿毛衣才可以，这可是重庆啊！！！！其他就是前台服务员参差不齐，有的非常走心，有几个简直……枉费这个好地段好酒店……

网上定了两晚，告知只能交一晚费用，第二晚可在前台交。结果前台要求付480元一晚，而网上是360元一晚。感到像受骗了。为什么要耍这些花样，难以理解。
