非常非常不好的体验，春节期间与父母家人一同入住。父亲在洗澡的时候，因为酒店时间长久，淋浴头掉落，将父亲的手指刮伤。立马通知酒店，来了一名服务员，给了两张创可贴就走了，全然不考虑到淋浴头时间过久，是否会因为铁锈引起感染。第二天，父亲去隔壁医院打破伤风针（因为破伤风针晚上医院不给打）。退房的时候给酒店沟通，沟通时间久就算了（不断的请示），感觉像我们讹诈一样，因为后期需要医院要求一周换药，酒店竟还不同意，后来沟通仅同意凭发票报销（要把后期换药发票全部拿来），迄今过去六天，一个慰问电话也没有，看来对客户的态度也长久习惯如此。真是奇葩酒店......
