西餐厅卫生严重不合格，餐具不干净，依云水虽说还有三天过期但和过期没什么区别，因为水质已变儿导致瓶子变形，全部出自启。本来想传图片但不知道怎么传，大家以后去启用餐是要留意了。

酒店在重庆大学城，比较偏僻，周围没有吃饭的地方。只能去市区或是酒店内解决。酒店比较新，设计独特，特别是餐厅，个人很喜欢。服务员态度也不错。房间面积很大，特别是卫生间，化妆台超大，双台盆。但是房内卫生有死角，衣帽间的不锈钢杆上有一层明显的灰，床头柜下面的插座面板上也是一层厚厚的灰，第一天给安排的房间里抽水马桶很臭，有点熏人，第二天给换了一间，也没有什么道歉补偿。

第四次入住了，感觉管理水平下降的厉害，提着行李门童也不帮忙，进入大厅没人问候，地毯又旧又脏，房间地面还有瓜子壳，房间里收费的东西就摆了三处，让人很不舒服，好在前台办理入住还热情一点。提出这些是希望酒店方能够改进。
