大部分都不错，停车有指挥。但是早餐煮面的大姐跟有人欠他钱似的，还有9点30分就没有早餐了，我觉得餐厅还是应该改进的，很多客人都反应收得太早了，而且我一个人吃了早餐拉肚子，家人没吃没拉。所以说大家还是别去吃了。

性价比不高 附近的小镇也冷清。。顺便投诉温泉城 居然不提供水给客人喝 不知道泡温泉会流汗缺水吗？为了卖三块钱的水失去好感 值得嘛？

挺不错的哈，整个环境不错，开车到景区就2分钟，吃东西在天星小镇也很方便

前台服务人员和清洁人员服务很不错，环境不错，但有几点非常不好:1.普通房房间破旧，1楼2楼过道墙角全是霉斑，墙纸脱落。3楼也上墙纸脱落，个别房间烟味重，被子都有很大烟味。据说酒店装修有半年多了，老宿舍改的，现在真是破败。2.老宿舍改的，当然房间布局不合理，卫生间占五分之二。所以，房间面积就小。3.空调老旧，晚上吵。这个不确定是不是个例。4.5层楼，没有电梯的。5.酒店退房是2点，如果房间没有退，早到只有等起。
