总体感觉不错，位置极佳，很舒适！我们住在55层观景超级赞！美中不足的是前台服务员可能太忙了，入住的时候对艺龙订的价格有疑问，甚至拿我的手机看了半天，难道我的手机里的艺龙是假的不成！旁边的女服务员很不耐烦的样子说那就艺龙订吧！退房时间延迟到一点半还算有一点好的感受

一切都还不错，但是服务体验感实在是太差，不是态度不好，是业务太不熟练，没一个前台是熟悉业务的，开房花了快20分钟，退房开个发票也是等了20分钟，一会这个弄错说句不好意思，那个弄错了不好意思，我都怕了你们的不好意思～还有不知道是不是审美的差异，我觉得一个正规的，走高端路线的酒店，前台的形象还是管理一下吧

底下是万豪，从万豪大堂进入，侧门绕到背面就是天慕的电梯，住在55楼，俯瞰江景很开心，酒店设施很干净整洁，房间蛮大的，性价比高，下次来的话还会选择入住
