300元的房间窗户却打不开，事先不告知，要求加80元升级到行政房，其实房间一模一样，只是窗户可以打开。早餐差的跟快捷酒店一样，真不知道那些高星是怎么打出来的，以后永远不住维也纳品牌下的酒店。入住体验实在太差！！！
