9月20日再次入住该酒店，由于在网上订的豪华标间，到了前台办理入住时，正好值班经理在，是位美女，不但人漂亮，工作也很到位，非常的热情，听说我们是第二次入住，非常热情的给我们免费升级湖景房，我家孩子很喜欢湖畔夜景，说得多住几天呢。

酒店后门沿湖边散步是个不错的选择，就在酒店楼下岸边也有好多餐饮。就是这次入住的房间马桶坐上去嘎嘎响。

一切都不错，住了12天，周边环境以及方便程度都不错，就是距离我办事的地方有些远，不太方便！值得一提的是，必须改善房间开卡系统，对你们负面影响很大，有一次还赶上仅一部电梯运营，走走停停反反复复才到了房间门口，大包背一天疲惫不堪，到了房间门口打不开房门！真的很恼火，再下去又是每层一停！而后还有很多次同类情况，只不过电梯运营没问题！都是又下去重新办理房卡！希望能赶快改善，否则影响你们的形象啊
