酒店位置在解放碑，去重庆玩的话住着很方便，前台服务很好，可以寄存行李，是有停车场的，但是中途离开需要收费的。

房间不隔音，空调都是坏的，调不了温度，睡到半夜变成30度，热死人。跟前台客服反应了，客服很不耐烦，态度不好，也没解决问题。住了3个晚上，3个晚上都没睡好。住了那么多次的维也纳，这家是最差的，不管是房间性价比，还是服务态度都不行。第一个晚上住的床单有血迹，后来打电话来核实说是我的口红弄脏的，我从来不涂口红，怎样弄脏？搞笑。价格方便他们是说官网的要优惠些，但是有时候同程的价格要优惠些。价格很不稳定，还说早订优惠，但是价格一天的不同时段都不一样，没有一个统一的价格，入住了3天，同程上，官网上都有订房，经过这三天的摸索，得出结论是入住当天早上预定比较优惠。
