酒店环境还不错，前台服务态度也不错，但是业务水平太差，我在同程订的房，退房后第二天还在显示待入住，一早退的房，下午酒店打电话问我是否还住，被告知没有办理退房手续，入住时要求安静，偏偏给我选的特吵的房间
